I can’t help to feel unease with some of the stuff. This is the first time I hear someone talk about cheese as a healthy food. I guess american taps must have some sort of problem since she recommends water in a bottle. And finally I find some of them hardly to be classified as food.

Nuts and avocado DO have alot of fat…monounsaturated fat…which actually helps liquify and burn away existing fat…imagine that, fat that helps you loose weight….just dont cook them though…if you want this beneficial fat you have to soak the nuts before you eat them

Thanks Natalie…I would’ve made my top 10 like this…#1 Wheatgrass juice #2 Leafy greens(kale, chard, spinach, arugula) #3Rejuvelac or kombucha tea #4 sprouted sunflower seeds or sprouted quinoa #5 Vege-kraut or sourkraut #6 soaked or sprouted Nuts #7 raw Flax oil #8 Sun-dried Dulse seaweed #9 Pineapple (high in the naturally occuring enzyme Bromelain) #10 Avocado THESE ARE REAL “SUPERFOODS” that contain all the benefits of what you listed without cooking them to destroy nutritional value.

remember never to use olive oil with high heat it breaks down and is bad. coconut or grape seed or peanut can be used on high but olive oil will break down really fast.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt have so much stuff that is bad for you and you don’t even need it! Eggs have very very high cholesterol.

I prefer steamed. Some ppl say that if you take’em raw, it is not as starchy as when exposed to heat. I guess it was either grated or juiced…
