There are 3 healthy foods at my school. Fruit cup, veggie cup, and a salad with meat veggies, and cheese. The rest is garbage to get more money from the students.

Nothing wrong with eating fast food, so long as you do it in moderation. Like everything else. I used to live on burritos and tacos from an establishment that will remain unnamed.

I never eat McDonalds anymore. It was before this movie, but this film helped my resolve. McDonalds just taste gross and makes me ill…but that could be because of my lack of McDonalds…yah know?!

Why is bread bad for you? I’ve not heard that one before. If it’s homemade surely it’s better because it’s not had additives and whatever else snuck into it. Is this the reason?

AWesome vid! The only thing I’d “criticize” (constructively) is that this thing about calories…on a raw food diet, caloric intake can be higher than a calorically equivalent diet of cooked food and you will actually LOSE weight. Now I cannot explain why (yet), but I think we’re too worried about calories. If you eat lots of cooked food, then yes, think about calories. But if you enjoy fruits, veggies, sprouted grains, nuts, seeds - don’t worry. Just make green smoothies, haha!

Wow, these facts are enough to convince anyone to start choosing healthier options regarding food.
